Camp Counselors and Volunteers

THANK YOU for your interest in being a counselor with ROAR Sports Summer Camps. We are no longer taking applications for 2012 Summer Camp. Please check back next spring to apply for 2013 Summer Camp.

Full Day Counselor:
Paid Position. Must be a high school graduate or older who is in LOVE with kids, energetic and is flexible to work any sport or age group. Full Day Camp Counselors will work from 8:00am-5:15pm everyday for 6 our of the 8 weeks of camp.

Half Day Counselor:
Paid Position. Must be a rising Junior in high school or older who also LOVES kids, energitic and is geared towards working a specific sport or can not work all day or most of the summer. Half Day Camp Counselors may work only 1 week or all 8 weeks of camp from 8:00am-1:00pm.

CIT:
"Counselor In Training"- Volunteer Position. Must be a rising Freshman or Sophomore who is wanting to learn and grow into becoming a camp counselor. A CIT will be assisting counselors throughout the day, setting up games and fields, and much more. They may work only 1 week or all 8 weeks for camp from 8:00am-1:00pm or from 8:00am-5:15.

Volunteers:
As you can imagine, it takes a lot to start up a camp. There are many details and we would love it if you would be interested in helping us with your gifts and talents in making this experience for the kids a memorable one! If you feel led to help, volunteer your time in any of the listed tasks below or maybe something we haven't thought of, please contact us at 803.325.6764. We would be honored and grateful to have you come along side us at ROAR.
