Co-Ed ROAR Fitness Boot Camp
Roar CO-Ed Fitness Boot Camp will resume in the Spring 2012. Dates: TBD
This boot camp will be held at Westminster Park off India Hook. ROAR fitness boot camp is open to all willing participants age 16 and older, from beginner to advanced. Participants will make friends and interact as they exercise. We ask that you please consult your medical physician prior to any form of exercise activity.
This fitness boot camp will include exercises such as jogging, sprinting, plyometrics, interval training, push-ups, squats, lunges, and variety of other callisthenic exercises.
An advantage of a boot camp is that the large group will often help motivate the participants. The goal is that each participant involved works at their own pace throughout each workout to help increase cardiovascular efficiency, strength and provide social support for other participants.
Sessions will be led by Wendi Stephenson Canty, Certified Instructor.
