ROAR believes that every child is a winner regardless of his/her athletic ability.  We communicate this through our group of loving and caring coaches who not only teach the skills but also stress good sportsmanship and values.  We believe a winner is someone who tries their best, gives 100% effort, is an unselfish team player and who demonstrates an attitude of respect toward teammates and coaches.  ROAR values family time and allows only one practice and one game per week.  During the practice time our coaches have a 10-minute “timeout”with the players to emphasize  character issues.
