ROAR Sports Refund Policy

The following is our refund policy for all Sport Seasons:

  • Refunds before skill nights or approximately one month before the start of practices is your registration fee minus $10 for processing
  • Refunds between skills night and first practice is 50% of your registration
  • There are no refunds once practice begins

 

The following is our refund policy for Summer Camp:

  • Prior to camp, you may cancel any weeks by May 31 with a $10 non-refundable registration fee. 

  • Beginning June 1st, a cancellation fee of $25 per child will be assessed with any cancellations, provided we have two weeks’ notice before your scheduled camp week begins.

  •  No refunds will be issued two weeks before camp begins.
